- The HQ AMC Specialized Contracting intends to issue a sole source contract to the Berlin Airlift Historical Foundation, 11 Thomas Street, Toms River, NJ 08753-6631 to provide a Douglas C-54, Spirit of Freedom aircraft for an appearance at the 2008 PHOENIX Rally conference at MacDill AFB, FL. This requirement is sole source pursuant of FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) (i) (A)-Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
