- The Government will be soliciting proposals to provide, on a task order basis, scientific, engineering and technical expertise in support of the Environmental and Natural Resources Division (ENRD) and Engineering Plans and Services Division (EPSD) mi ssions of the Directorate of Public Works at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. Tasks will generally fall within the areas of analyses, studies, evaluation, and/or remediation of the effects of Fort Huachuca activities and preparation of designs, reports, plans, and other required documents for ENRD. Tasks will also include pre-design investigations and design for Military Construction - Army (MC-A) projects and preparation of reports and other required documentation, specifications, and plans for EPSD at different locations on Fort Huachuca, Arizona. This is a commercial item, firm fixed price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity acquisition. The requirement is for a base period of one year and four one-year options. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The size standard is $6.5 M. The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541620. The solicitation (W91214A-08-R-0002) will be issued on or about 31 March 2008. Upon release to the public, the solicitation will be av ailable via the Internet at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi or FedBizOps at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Offerors are responsible for routinely checking this website for any possible solicitation amendme nts that may be issued. Proposal due date and time will be included in the solicitation. (A pre-proposal conference and site visit is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, 15 April 2008 at 0830. It will be held at the Quality Training Center (QTC), Buildin g 22420, Room 3.)
