- The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland intends to negotiate solely with MTS Systems Corporation, Eden Prairie, MN 55344 under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.
