- This is a Sources Sought Notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only Sources Sought Notice and NO soli citation will be issued. Background: Fort Riley, 1st Infantry Division (1ID) is looking for Combative Instructors/Trainers who are technical experts in Combatives techniques and training; provide technical expertise in planning and conducting both Level I and II Combatives training; and provide commanders the technical expertise in planning and conducting standard combative competitions done at unit level. The applicable references for the Combative Training are (i) Army Regulation (AR) 350-1 Army Training and Leader Development; (ii) Field Manual (FM) 3.25.150 Combatives; and (iii) U.S. Army Infantry School Program of Instruction (POI) Combatives Level I and II. The references are available upon request. The Contractor shall send an email with its company n ame, physical address, DUNS number, phone number, title of the requestor. Interested vendors shall provide its capability brief in accordance with requirements specified herein to the email address below no later than noon 21 March 2008.
