- The Walla Walla District Corps of Engineers intends to award a single source, firm-fixed price contract to CLIMATE SOURCE, Corvallis, OR. The District requires a Probable Maximum Precipitation (PMP) analysis and Standard Project Flood (SPF) analysis to be performed by a contractor familiar with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Geographical Storm Pattern Data Layers and the National Weather Service method for estimating Probable Maximum Precipitation (PMP). The work includes creating rainfall hyeto graphs of the specified region and submitting a report documenting the hyetographs, the method used for the analysis, the probable maximum precipitation, the storm pattern and all gauged data used. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541620. Size standard is $6.5 million. All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements.
