Copies of the solicitation and amendments are available by INTERNET ACCESS ONLY.All solicitation documents will be posted to the Federal Technical Data Solutions (FedTeDS) website at https://www.fedteds.gov/. Registration in the Fe dTeDS system is required. For Vendor registration in FedTeDS please see https://www.fedteds.gov/fedteds/registration.nsf/frm.Vendor.Registration.Requirements?OpenForm. In addition to solicitation notices, a list of interested vendors (potential offerors a nd subcontractors) is available on the federal business opportunities(FedBizOps) web site (notification registration required) available at http//www.fbo.gov/via Quick Search(Solicitation No. W911KB-08-R-0002). Once the solicitation is available on FedTeDS , the information will also be posted on the link to access the solicitation will post to FedBizOps web site as a modification to the presolicitation notice as a Technical Data Package (TDP). Amendments to the solicitation, once posted in FeDTeDS will post to FedBizOps as sequentially numbered Technical Data Packages (TDP). Additional amendments and modifications to presolicitation notices may be posted to FedBizOps during the solicitation period for general and administrative purposes; these will show in F edBizOps as Modifications to the presolicitation notice. It shall be the contractors responsibility to check the websites for any amendments. The offeror shall submit in the proposal all requested information specified in this solicitation. There will be no public opening of the proposals received as a result of this solicitation. It shall also be the contractors responsibility to register as an Interested Vendor and register to receive notices for this solicitation at the Federal Business Opportunities ( FedBizOps) website at http://www1.fbo.gov/.
