- Description
- The Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Ft. Campbell, KY, US Army Medical Command Southeast Region has a requirement for Maxillofacial Surgical Instruments. The Government intends to award a sole source contract (Note 22), for this requirement. The suggested contractor is KLS Martin, 11239 1 St Johns Ind Pkwy, Jacksonville, FL 32246. The KLS Martin Instruments are currently being utilized in this facility and it is essential to maintain the delivery time that they can provide in emergency procedur es. This is not a request for proposal. However, parties interested in future requirements shall provide detailed information of their technical capabilities and certifications to clearly meet the requirements stated above. This information will be review ed by Government technical representatives for consideration for future requirements.
