- Description
- This is an announcement of the Department of the Interior, National Park Service (NPS), Unigrid Brochure Program. NPS is conducting a Streamlined Competition in accordance with OMB Circular A-76, dated May 29, 2003. These services are currently provided by Government personnel, comprised of 19.443 FTE (including contractors) located in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia. The North American Industry Classification Code is: 541430 - Graphic Design Services. Decision for this competition is anticipated by the end of July. This is not a Request for Proposals and in no way obligates the Government to award a contract. Prospective offerors are advised that a solicitation will not be issued if the cost of contract performance is determined to be greater than the cost of in-house performance by Government personnel. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION, NO SOLICITATION SHOULD BE ANTICIPATED, AND PROPOSALS ARE THEREFORE NOT REQUESTED. The Competitive Sourcing Official is Kate Stephenson.
