- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure, on a competitive basis, 4 types of Noise Cards (2-4, 4-6, 8-10, and 10-18GHz), CAN/CPU IF Cards, RGS AM Cards, Dual Serro Cards, Advanced Receiver Cards, Pulse 4 Cards, HCPUIF Cards, RF 3 Driver Cards and Engineering, Technical and Repair support services in accordance with NAWCWD Statement of Work and NAVAIR Envelope Drawings 1611AS114006-1 thru 4 (Noise Cards), 1611AS13980 (CAN/CPU), 1611AS13986 (RGS AM), 1611AS13992 (Dual Serro), 1611AS14000 (Advanced Receiver), 1611AS12515 (Pulse 4), 1611AS13056 (HCPUIF), and 1611AS13036 (RF 3 Driver). The subject circuit cards are installed in a Government Designed Technique Control Modulator (TCM) that forms the basis for multiple RF threat simulators. Pricing of all cards types shall be on a fixed price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) basis and pricing for the Engineering, Technical and Repair support services shall be on a time and materials basis. A minimum of 1 unit will be ordered at contract award, and a maximum of 3,450 units of the various types of circuit cards may be ordered over the five-year period of performance. Delivery of all units shall be FOB destination to Naval Air Station, Point Mugu, CA beginning no later than 270 days after the effective date of the delivery order at a rate no less than 10 units per month. This requirement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
