- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. NUWCDIV, Newport intends to purchase the following items: (7 sets) ACOMMS Windows, (30 ea) TR-302 Windows and (50 ea) MX-7533 Windows in accordance with Government Drawings and Statement of Work (SOW). The drawings and SOW will be provided upon issuance of RFQ N66604-08-Q-2473. In accordance with FAR 5.203(a) & (h) the RFQ will be available no earlier than 19 Mar 2008. Required delivery is 90 days after receipt of order, FOB:Destination Newport, RI & Williamsburg, VA. This is 100% set-aside for small business, NAICS Code is 327999, size standard is 500 employees.
