- Description
- The Defense Commissary Agency has scheduled a pre-solicitation conference for sources sought as it is seeking qualified suppliers to furnish a turn-key operation for providing ovens, proofers, retarders, and site surveys for bakery operations in Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) commissaries worldwide. The contractor will serve as the single source of supply based upon conducting a site survey of each commissary's bakery for the items on a contract by recommending the equipment needed, ensuring any necessary facility modifications are coordinated with engineering, providing the equipment, de-installing any existing equipment, and installing the new equipment. The conference will be held on April 9, 2008, 8:30 AM at The Defense Commissary Agency Headquarter, 1300 E Avenue, Fort Lee, Virginia 23801-1800.
