- Tube-Launched Optically-Tracked Wire-Guided (TOW) Missile Launcher. NSN:1440-01-458-3376, PN: 13225433. This procurement is restricted to Cage Code (12339) DRS Training & Control Systems, 645 Anchors St., Ft. Walton Beach, FL 32548. This requirement consists of the supply of 539 TOW Missile Launchers (TMLs) with an additive option for 601 TMLs. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. No telephone request will be accepted.
