- AMENDMENT NO. 1 Solicitation No.: OIG-11000-08-0011 The purpose of this amendment is to answer the following questions: QUESTION: You have stated the conference will take place Monday-Friday. Will you need up to 100 overnight accommodations for the attendees? If so will they check in on Sunday and check out Friday? ANSWER: The conference will be help Monday through Friday. Up to 100 separate sleeping rooms will be required. Some attendees may arrive on Sunday and check out Saturday. This will be finalized at a later date. QUESTION: When will a decision on the location be made? ANSWER: A decision will be made as soon as possible after all proposals are evaluated. The solicitation closing date is March. 20. QUESTION: Where has this conference been held in the past? ANSWER: There was no conference held for Fiscal Year 2007 NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-MAR-2008); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
