Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. We have a requirement for 70 SIT (Stationary Infantry Targets), 10 SAT (Stationary Armor Target), 30 HIT Sensors, 10 Battery Eliminators, and 10 Stacking Frames. Their will be Five (5) CLINS: CLIN 0001 will consist of the 70 SIT (Stationary Infantry Targets) with the following specifications DMPRC 240VAC 14-20P INCL MFS EXCL PRYO, Part Number 8836003-231, must be compatible with the NAGATS, or equal. CLIN 0002: 10 SAT (Stationary Armo r Targets) with the following specifications DMPRC 12VDC Ethernet incl PYRO Part Number 8856001-116, must be compatible with the NAGATS, or equal. CLIN 0003: 30 HIT Sensors, Part Number 8856023-101, must be compatible with the NAGATS, or equal. CLIN 0004: 10 Battery eliminators with the following specifications Battery Eliminator 240V Part Number 8856055-201, must be compatible with the NAGATS, or equal. CLIN 0005: 10 Stacking Frames for the sensors in Clin 0001 and Clin 0002. These frames must be compa tible with the NAGATS and the targets specified in Clins 0001 and 0002. The Government contemplates award of a single contract resulting from this solicitation. Your price shall be FOB Destination. Contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). The Contract or will propose THE DELIVERY DATE in his quote to FORT RILEY, KANSAS 66442. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-24 Effective on February 28, 2008. This requirement is unrestricted. The applicable NAICS code is 336413 with a size standard of 1000 personnel. Inspection and acceptance shall be at destination. We prefer to make payment by Direct Deposit or other Electronic means.
