Description

This is a one-year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract with an option to extend the term of the contract for four additional years, not to exceed $500,00.00. The purpose of this project is to accurately document the presence or absence of fish within future timber harvest areas on BLM lands. It is critical to do the survey when fish are expected to be using the upper reaches of a stream, which is generally during spawning times or soon after they emerge. The least disturbing method will be used to determine fish presence. Paper copies are no longer available. Estimated issue date is April 15, 2008. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered. This solicitation is set aside for small business concerns. See Numbered Note(s): 1.
