Description
Description: See numbered note: 26. NSN 2540-01-313-0678, Cushion, Seat, Vehicular is being procured in accordance with a Technical Data Package (TDP) (19207) 12342047 quantity of 686 each is required to be delivered to be delivered to TRACY CA 95304-5000; and a quantity of 13,00 each is to be delivered to NEW CUMBERLAND PA17070-5001. This solicitation is a 100% competitive Hub-Zone Set-Aside and all responsible quotes will be considered. The Governments delivery schedule will be contained in the solicitation but it is anticipated that it will be a phased one. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at https://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/ after the issue date 04/15/08 while price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, and past performance as described in the solicitation. A written quotation is required and is to be returned to the bid room at Defense Supply Center Columbus, PO Box 3990, Columbus, OH 43218-3990, or can be faxed to 614-692-4275. In a final rule contained in the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-26 (Item 1, FAR Case 2002-24) published in the Federal Register on December 20, 2004, the Federal Acquisition Regulation was amended to require offerors to submit representations and certification electronically via the Business Partner Network. Offerors are encouraged to complete an Online Representations and Certification Application (ORCA) as soon as possible since this requirement is now appearing in solicitations. The ORCA can be found at http://orca.bpn.gov. Until ORCA is fully implemented continue to comply with all government instruction and requirements in solicitation and contract awards.
