Description: This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A written Request for Quotation(s)(RFQ) will be posted on or about 8 April 2008, Solicitation Number W91WAW-08-T-0062. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation notice; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation may be retrieved and downloaded from Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) h omepage at: http://cce.hqda.pentagon.mil/services/services.asp Under SERVICES FOR BUSINESS PARTNERS click RFPs; select the desired RFP and click the process button. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. No solicitation mailing list wi ll be complied. All amendments will be posted and must be retrieved from the CCE website mentioned above. Contractors are cautioned to check this website for amendments. Contractor is responsible for all costs for producing and mailing their proposal. T he US Army Contracting Agency, Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), Pentagon, on behalf of US Army Legal Services Agency, intends to procure Health and Fitness Services under full and open competition procedures. Under this requirement, the contractor shall provide membership benefits to personnel assigned to the United States Army Legal Services Agency (USALSA), Arlington, VA. Eligible participants are defined as all active duty and reserve military personnel who are assigned to USALSA, 901N. Stuart St reet, Arlington, VA 22203. The objective of this contract is to provide membership to a commercial fitness facility similar to the Pentagon Officer Athletic Center (POAC) located at the Pentagon or the facility located at Fort Myer for approximately 200 mi litary personnel. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. The period Performance will be 1 July 2008 through 30 June 2009, with four (4) one (1) year options. Place of performance will be at contractors facility, located within a ten minute walk f rom 901N. Stuart Street, Arlington, VA 22203. All responsible sources may submit a proposal(s), which will be considered, however, no offers are being requested at this time.
