Description: Presolicitation Notice N68335-08-R-0063 for several items of Peculiar Support Equipment posted 14 January 2008 by the Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ is modified in that the award shall be made using the best value method of source selection. The evaluation factors shall be Past Performance and Price with Past Performance weighted more heavily than price. The procurement will remain a limitied competition between the Bell-Boeing JPO Amarillo, TX and Seyer Industries, Saint Peters, MO under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.</p> NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (01-APR-2008); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
