Description

Bureau of Reclamation, Department of the Interior, Region 8 - Denver Office, Denver, Colorado has a requirement for Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) software for the automation of current internal controls structure related to finance and program reporting, in compliance with OMB A-123/Appendix A. GRC software products shall be evaluated by the government through written quote, including but not limited to schedules, deliverables, interdependencies, roles and processes used for implementing software and managing implementation at the Denver Office, and through demonstration of specific and general capabilities and functionalities. Estimated contract time for this award is 60 calendar days. This requirement will be solicited as a firm fixed price request for quote (RFQ) under FAR 12, Commercial Items. It is anticipated the solicitation package will be available for download on approximately April 21, 2008. All responsible sources may submit a package which will be considered. Responsible sources shall be registered in Central Contractor Registration database (www.ccr.gov) and ORCA (Online Representations and Certifications) (www.bpn.gov) prior to award of this contract. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (01-APR-2008).
