- Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia, PA proposes on a Sole Source basis to procure services to modify three (3) Government-owned Perfect Harmony Motor Drives, Mdl Number 31000296.00-02, to constitute a Motor Drive System capable of operating in parallel to drive an existing Synchronous Generator as a Motor. This procurement is limited to Siemens Energy & Automation Inc. See Note #22.
