- SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) forthe procurement of services for design engineering; three-dimensional andphysical modeling of US Marine Corps (USMC) Command, Control,Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance(C4ISR) systems and systems of systems (SoS); and associated engineeringanalysis required to conduct technology insertion and service life extensionprograms. The Government anticipates award of an IndefiniteDelivery/Indefinite Quantity, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, Performance-Based typecontract. This procurement will be 100 percent set aside for smallbusinesses.The applicable size standard is $25 Million. See note 1. The estimatedrelease date for the formal RFP is 25 April 2008. It is the offeror'sresponsibility to monitor this site for the release of the RFP and amendments(if any). Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their owncopy ofthe RFP and amendments. No paper distribution of these documents will beprovided.
