- This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is not a small business set-aside; any responsible source may submit an offer. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M67400-08-T-0132 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-13 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. The NAICS code is 333912. The agency need is for: CLIN 0001: Breathing air Module (QTY of 2 EA)CLIN 0002: Containment Fill Station (QTY of 2 EA)CLIN 0003: Air Storage System (QTY of 2 EA)CLIN 0004: Electric CO Monitor (QTY of 2 EA)CLIN 0005: Electric Moisture Monitor (QTY of 2 EA)CLIN 0006: Air quality Test Kit (QTY of 2 KT) The minimum product specifications and product numbers are provided as an attachment to this solicitation. The referenced brand names are not intended to be restrictive, but represent the minimum requirements of the government. It is the bidders responsibility to furnish sufficient information to the government to determine acceptability of the offered "equal" items. All awards will be made in aggregate.
