The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) isconducting a market survey to obtain information onrental rates for Modular ClassroomBuildings/Commercial Office Buildings for DilconCommunity School, located in Dilcon, Arizona. DilconCommunity School is located 40 miles north of Winslow,Arizona off of Interstate 40. Rental rates for thefollowing modular school buildings is being requestedfor the market survey: 1. 12’ x 60’ Educationbuilding; 2. 14’ x 60’ Education building; 3. 12’ x40’ commercial office; 4. 12’ x 60’ Commercial doublewide; 5. 15’ x 60’ Doublewide Classroom; 6. 12’ x 48’Restroom; 7. 12’ x 60’ Toilet Trailer. Includemobilization costs, set up costs; utility hookupcosts, and other costs associated with the rental ofthe buildings. The modular buildings should be incompliance with the safety and accessibility codes,standards and policies which include OSHA compliance,Fire Safety, Accommodations for People withDisabilities, Building Safety Code, and National FireProtection Association, etc. Interested firms areinvited to respond to the market survey by providinginformation as follows: (1) Company name, address,telephone and fax number; (2) Rates and costs. BIAwill not pay for any information submitted for thecosts incurred associated with providing theinformation. This announcement is not a solicitationat this time.
