Description

Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement. The Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Healthvisions Midwest, Inc for Cloverleaf software maintenance. The Program Support Center for Human Health Services intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 13.106-1(b)(2). This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement was made because Healthvisions Midwest, Inc. is the manufacturer of the software.</p> NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (02-APR-2008); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
