DESC DESC: The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), Edwards AFB intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to Kramer Entertainment Inc. 3849 Lake Michigan Drive, Grand Rapids, MI 49534 NAICS 611699. The following brand name only items will be procured: CLIN 00001 "Save a Life Tour 2" The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials and transportation required to provide the following:. Non-traditional approach to alcohol awareness and anti-drinking and driving;. Immersive multi-screen state of the art save a life simulator;. Single screen "rabbit" training simulator to acclimate participants to driving in a virtual world;. Two 8' x 10' projection screens show the audience participant's actual experience in the Save A Life Simulator, from both the driver's view and a helicopter view;. Between participants these 8' x 10' screens show an ongoing presentation of memorials to victims who lost their lives to a drunk driving incident;. Two 6' x 8' rear projection monitors and three 27" monitors showing five different continuously running informational video presentations;. Four, original 3'x 8' thought-provoking banner displays.. Participants receive a "ticket-type" review showing violations committed during their save a life simulation. Actual casket with signage "reserved for the next drunk driving victim" signage for display in a high traffic area for maximum effect;. Tow vehicle and 36' trailer with full- color graphics serving as a mobile billboard parked at event location and yellow emergency lighting running throughout the event.. Dates of Event: 15, 16, 19 May 2008 from 0700-1700. Available at all times during specified hours. Contractors interested in this requirement should submit a quote.
