***THIS SOLICITATION IS BEING REOPENED TO ACCEPT ALL OFFERS. THE CLOSING DATE IS April 25, 2008. *** This acquisition is for a Firm Fixed price (FFP), Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one of more times at the discretion of the Government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. Award will be made on an ALL OR NONE BASIS per NSN for the supplies covered under this contract. This is an Unrestricted acquisition. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Copies of the solicitation will be available at the https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ and will not be available until 15 days after this notice is published in the FedBizOpps.
