- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation Repair EPDM and Modified Bitumen roofing for Building #234 at the St Louis Job Corps Center located at 4333 Goodfellow Blvd, St. Louis MO 63120. A more detailed description of the work is found in Part IV (Extent of Work) of the solicitation. Solicitation and drawings are posted to the Fedbizopps. Additional information may be obtained by contacting the St. Louis Job Corps Center between the hours of 8:00 am through 4:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday. A pre-bid meeting and site walkthrough will be held on April 15, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at the Center's conference room in Building 234. Any interested vendor must do a walk through of the facility. Sealed Bids must be received in the Purchasing Department, St Louis Job Corps, 4333 Goodfellow Blvd, St. Louis MO 63120 by April 25, 2008 at which time they will be opened and reviewed. Bidders should review the format and clauses in the solicitation and provide all requested information in their bid. Contractor notification of selection will be on April 30, 2008.
