Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with t format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation number 147603 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent to award one Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This B PA will expire on September 30, 2008. This procurement is 100% set aside for a small business. The United States Secret Service (USSS) Uniform Division, has a requirement for the installation and removal of emergency vehicle equipment for its vehicle fleet. The resulting contracts shall include the following clauses: 52.204-7 Central contractor Registration (JUL 2006) 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items.(MAR 2007) 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Fund Transfer Central Contractor Registration. The vendor must be registered with CCR. Vendors may register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov/. 52.252-2 Clauses Incorporated by Reference (FEB 1998) The following DHS Provisions are applicable: 3052.209-70 Prohibition on Contracts with Corporate Expatriates 3052.204-90 Unauthorized Use of Name The following FAR provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 25.001 Buy American Act FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items ***The offeror shall also provide the company name, DUNS, Taxpayer Identification Number, and Point of Contact name, POC email and POC telephone number. TLNBKT5 - Mounting Bracket for Talon Dash Lights. 50R03ZCR - 500 TIR6 Red LED Grille Light 50B03ZCR - 500 TIR6 Blue LED Grille Light 5BKT1 - Mounting Bracket for Grille Light S660CCCC - 6 Outlet Power Supply with four Hide Away bulbs and cables. (2)SEXT25 - 25 Foot Cable for front Hide Away Strobes, HA239C. Installation of a Havis-Shields 13 inch enclosed, Angle Series Console with Microphone Clips, Accessory Pocket, Power Outlets and Cup Holder. Motorola Astro Radio and Trunk Mount Antenna. Installation of a Pro-Gard Dual electronic gun rack, Vertical / Horizontal mount Vendor Requirements Vendors must be within a 70 mile radius of Washington DC (1111 18 th St., NW) Vendors must be able to secure any Secret Service Uniformed Division Vehicle left at their location (secured within in a fenced area or garage (warehouse) type area secluded from the general public. Vendor shall provide the Secret Service with one monthly invoice (with o ne total price for the month) to include an itemized list of all work performed on each vehicle. Warranty for work performed, installation standards and turn around times must be consistent with Industry standards and stipulated by the vendor in this BPA.
