- NOTIFICATION OF SYSTEM TRANSITION AS OF 1 APRIL 2008: To streamline the procurement process, the updated FedBizOpps will include current FedTeDS functionality. No interfaces or user accounts will be disrupted as a part of this change. An updated User's Manual is available on line. Help Desk questions may be directed to Email: help@fbo.gov or Telephone: 703-373-7039. The Document Security Notice Form is now available at this website. Contractors are required to complete, sign and submit this form to the Contracting Officer--please see details stated above. It is anticipated that the Solicitation package will be available on or about 7 April 2008.
