- THE U.S. GOVERNMENT IS SEEKING TO LEASE OFFICE SPACE PHOENIX-MESA GATEWAY AIRPORT MESA, ARIZONA The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease 25,003 useable square feet of office and special use space along with twenty-three (23) on-site, reserved and secured parking spaces at Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport, Mesa, AZ. Rentable space must yield a minimum of 25,003 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet. Space must be located On-Airport at Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport, Mesa, Arizona, and must provide direct and secure access to aircraft ramp, taxiway and runway. Occupancy is required December 15, 2008 or earlier. Lease term is 15 years, 5 years firm. Space must meet the Federal Government's standards for fire / life safety; seismic; accessibility; security, and must not be located within a 100-year floodplain. For this requirement, only existing construction will be considered. The direct and secure access to aircraft ramp and runway is a determining factor during consideration of possible locations. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership. Expressions of interest should include building name and address, location of space, rentable square feet offered and asking rentable rate per square foot (specifying services and utilities included), ANSI/BOMA defined usable square feet, percentage of common area factor used to determine the rentable square feet, one-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered, on-airport site location and contact information for owner or authorized agent.
