Request for Information Questions (Second Round for Information) PLEASE NOTE, THE GOVERNMENT STRONGLY UPHOLDS AND ENFORCES CONFIDENTIALITY OF PROPRIETARY INFORMATION. ALL INFORMATION SENT AND RECEIVED TO THE CONCESSIONS AND RETAIL TENANT SERVICES BRANCH OF THE U.S. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTATION, NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION WILL REMAIN STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL BETWEEN THE INTERESTED VENDOR AND THIS OFFICE 1. Is your company msnufacturer-authorized to do in-warranty service? If so, please provide a list of manufacturers for whom your company is authorized 2. What is your total estimated O.E.M. parts inventory for commercial kitchen equipment manufacturers? 3. Are any of your technicians CFESA trained and/or certified? 4. What percentage of all of your technicians are CFESA Certified? 5. Are any of your technicians Universal Refrigerant Licensed and for which states are they licensed, including the District of Columbia? 6. What percentage of all of your technicians are Universal Refrigerant Licensed? 7. Are any of your technicians Refrigerant Licensed at Level II and for which states are they licensed, including the District of Columbia? 8. What percentage of all of your technicians are Refrigerant Licensed at Level II? 9. Are any of your technicians Refrigerant Licensed at Level I and for which states are they licensed, including the District of Columbia? 10. What percentage of all of your technicians are Refrigerant Licensed at Level I? 11. Typically, what type of insurance would a equiment repair company carry for both mechanical and refrigerant equipment? 12. Are any of your technicians compliant with OSHA and NSF guidelines, particularly are they trained in OSHA lock-out and PPE guidelines? 13. What is your average response time to a service call? 14. How are your technicians dispatched to a service call? 15. Provide an overview of your record keeping procedures? 16. What is your policy on workmanship and parts warranty? 17 What is your average lead time on receiving parts? 18. Has your organization managed a cost-plus contracts? 19.
