Description: *SEE AMENDMENT FILE 04/04/2008* This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N40442-08-T-5205, and it is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-23. NAICS 333923 applies. The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program is not applicable. This is a small business set-aside. Military Sealift Fleet Support Command (MSFSC), Virginia Beach, VA intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for the following parts: (CLIN) 0001: Tri-adjustable crane, P/N B.E. Wallace Products S6T15-20SG or equal, Quantity 1 units. (CLIN) 0002: Push Trolley, P/N B.E. Wallace Products 70-3815 or equal, Quantity 1 units. (CLIN) 0003: Hand chain hoist, P/N B.E. Wallace Products 5-614-15 or equal, Quantity 1 unit. The requested delivery date for the above items is April 30, 2008. If the specified delivery date is not feasible, please provide an alternate date. The delivery address zip code is 92123. Please provide the cost of freight charges if applicable.
