- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations. The requirement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-aside using Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR Subpart 13. The NAICS Code 336611 with a Small Business Size Standard of 1000 employees. The solicitation number is HSCG80-08-Q-3FAF93. A Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for the base item is anticipated. All applicable FAR clauses apply to this procurement. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, whereas past performance is more important than price.
