- Rehabilitation of Existing Pipelines and Conduits by the Inversion and Curing of ResinImpregnated Tube The work of this contract consists of the Rehabilitation of 850 Linear feet (with 3' wide trench) of sewer line for Travel Trailer Village (TTV), part of Prince William Forest Park, Triangle, VA. The principle work includes all equipment, labor, materials and supplies needed for rehabilitating 850 linear feet (with 3' wide trench) of sewer line for Travel Trailer Village (TTV) by the inversion and curing of resin impregnated tube. This procurement is open to all sized businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. However, a HUBZone evaluation factor will apply. All contractors experienced in this type of construction work may compete for this contract. Estimated project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 237110 with a small business size of $31.0 million of annual average gross revenues of the total concern for the last 3 fiscal years. A small business concern is defined as a concern (including all of its subsidiaries) having less than or equal to $31.0 million annual average gross revenues of the total concern for the last 3 fiscal years. The solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov website on or about April 22, 2008. TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
