Description

The intent of this performance based service is to provide for road maintenance of forest roads on the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, Mt. Baker Ranger District. The resulting contract will be performance based, Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery contract with a minimum guarantee of $60,000 with a maximum not to exceed $200,000. All roads are located on the Mt. Baker Ranger District. Maps showing the road systems are available for viewing and purchased at the district office. Mt. Baker Ranger District is located at 810 State Route 20, Sedro-Woolley WA, 98284. Phone number 360-856-5700. Roads will be identified on work orders for the Contractor. These roads, at a minimum, are passable with a 4x4 vehicle. The Contactor shall start work, when directed, within three calendar days from date issued work orders. The estimated issue date of the solicitation is on or about April 1st, 2008. The estimated start work date is on or about June 2, 2008 with a completion date of May 31st 2009.
