PR number 0018200227, NSN 4920-01-462-4675, Hot Bonder-Controller used on the B-2 Bomber Aircraft. Approved source of supply is Heatcon Composite Systems Co., cage 0ED96, p/n HCS9200-FL. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1). Solicitation is for 6 each with a 100% quantity option. Delivery: 135 days ARO. Ship to Tracy, CA. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) applies.The solicitation issue date is April 11, 2008 and the closing date is May 12, 2008. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
