- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 3), James J. Peters VA Medical Center, Bronx New York, Network Acquisitions and Logistics program is currently seeking firms, Veteran Owned Small Business, Hubzone or 8(A) with the ability to provide Scrape, wash and polish stainless steel canopies, clean the interior of the horizontal dusts, scrape and clean the interior blower blades and housing for exhaust fan, tag hoods with date of cleaning and company name and address clean interior of the horizontal ducts, clean and scrape all of the ductwork attached to the fan on the roof, remove all grease, dirt and accumulation from the interior surfaces of the horizontal ducts, undersides and outsides of canopies, and fan housings and blades, clean canopies with a non-corrosive cleaner and polish. Products listed in "Kitchen and Canteen Hood and Duct Cleaning Services" must meet the specifications. Applicants must have at least experience, preferred if the applicant had provided same or similar services to other VA Medical Centers throughout the United States. The applicant must also provide "REFERENCES" for providing same or similar services. The firm will be responsible for providing all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective delivery of these services. Firms desiring consideration shall email directly to the Contracting Officer referencing the following in the subject field, "Kitchen and Canteen Hood and Duct Cleaning Services", then contain the following information within the body of the e-mail name of firm, complete address, phone & fax number of contact.
