- This is a sole source synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Fort Carson intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for Personnel Security & Suitablilty Adjudication Course sole source to Kenneth Sudol & Associates, Inc.. The award is a 100% set-aside for HUBZone Small Businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611430 with asmall business size standard of $6.5 Million. This solicitation will end on April 11, 2008, 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time. Statement of Work: Train and educate up to 25 Federal Government Personnel performing adjudicative type functions at Ft. Carson, CO;. This course is designed to meet the requirements of Homeland Security Presidential Directive (HSPD-12), and to train and educate Federal Government and contractor personnel performing as adjudicators or performing adjudicative-type functions at all grade levels, in the basic purpose, intent, procedures and application of the Personnel Security and Suitability Program in reaching potential personnel security and trustworthiness determinations. Delivery required: June 9-12, 2008. The cost will also cover all course materials necessary for the students to successfully complete the course.
