- Description
- Develop methodology and carry our studies that will lead to the predictive capability of the atmospheric refractivity turbulence for propagation of lasers under different climatic conditions. This will be accomplished by examining the relationship between the vertical components of relative vorticity and the refractive index structure parameter using radar observations from both White Sands Missile Range, NM and Vandenberg AFB, CA.
