- Description
- Requirement: The Federal Government is interested in leasing approximately 22,954 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of space in Clarksburg, West Virginia for use by the federal tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The Government currently occupies space in Clarksburg, and the cost of a physical move, as well as the cost of new space alterations will be taken into consideration when determining whether or not relocation is economically advantageous. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. Lease Term: Five years (5) with termination rights in whole or in part by the Government after the third year. Expressions of Interest shall be submitted no later than April 15, 2008 and shall include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Available rentable and ANSI/BOMA square feet 3. Rental rate per rentable and ANSI/BOMA square foot 4. Common area factor for available space by floor, if applicable 5.
