Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 1,231 square feet of rentable space, along with 6 off-street, reserved parking spaces. Rentable office space must yield approximately 1,070 ANSI/BOMI occupiable square feet, available for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. The space offered must be contiguous. Elevator must be provided if space offered is located on the second floor or higher. Lease Term: Five (5) years, Three (3) firm. Desired Occupancy Date: January 2009 or sooner Area of consideration: The building offered must be located in the City of Redding, California, within the following boundaries: North: Eureka Way to State Route 299 East: North Churn Creek Road to Browning Street to Old Alturas to Victor Avenue South: South Bonnyview Road to Churn Creek Road West: Buenaventura Boulevard and South Market Street (State Route 273) Space must be located in an office, research, technology or business park that is modern in design with a campus like atmosphere, or on an attractively landscaped site containing one or more modern office buildings that are professional and prestigious in appearance with surrounding development well maintained and in consonance with a professional image. The building offered must conform to the 1976 Edition of the UBC for seismic safety. The offer must contain a certification by a registered structural engineer. Buildings that contain asbestos or PCB materials will not be considered. A fully serviced and handicapped accessible building is required. The building must not be located in a 100 year flood plain.
