Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. All responsible sources may submit a quote that if timely received shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), reference number HSCEEH-08-Q-00009. See attachment for RFQ including Statement of Work (SOW) and applicable terms and conditions. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-13. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for service disabled veteran owned small business concerns. All quotes must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. local time on Friday, April 18, 2008 via e-mail to Michael.decrescio@dhs.gov. The following information will be mandatory on your quote: correct RFQ number, vendor legal name and address (same as it appears in the Central Contractor’s Registration), telephone and fax numbers, point of contract, DUNS numbers, Cage Code, Tax ID number, business size, and any completion required as stated above. In order to receive this award, all offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor’s Registration.
