- The 36th Contracting Squadron at Andersen AFB Guam intends to award a sole source contract to O’Neil and Associates for the One Tool System. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F1C0RH8059A001 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-19 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. This solicitation is100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS in accordance with FAR Part 19. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334515, size standard 500 employees. The contractor shall provide the following supplies: Diagnostic tool must be able to communicate with both civilian and M-series vehicles. Panasonic CF-29 Toughbook Computer w/DVD/CD-RW combo drive with 120 Gigabyte Hard Drive a~sd 1 Gigabyte Random Access Memory Upgrades - Stress Relief module with an 18 to 36v DC-DC Converter including NATO Power Cable, NI 4050 for PMCIA 5 112 DVMNIP Sidekick (DMM) - Five special cables needed to connect to U.S. Army vehicle ECUs. r Adaptor, 51939 PPi Adaptor, JI 708 DDL Adaptor, HMMWV GM-UART Adaptor, 51708 6-Pin h t s c h Adapter, HALDEX - Dearborn Protocol Adapter - Serial Cablel Ethernet Cable - Ruggedized wing case for the EMSS equipment (or equals) Offerors must provide brochures/literature of the items being offered. The technical literature submitted needs to clearly communicate that the offeror understands the minimum requirements and compliance issues as set forth in the RFQ. Discussions may or may not be held with offeror; therefore, the initial proposal of each offeror should be complete and accurate. FOB destination is required by the Government. FOB point is Andersen AFB, Guam. Please include shipping prices via commercial shipping directly to Guam as well as shipping to Tracy, CA. The required delivery date is 45 days ADC. Offerors must provide warranty information specific to all equipment as well as provide all materials, labor, and transportation necessary to provide this supply. Award will be made to the offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the Government.
