Amendment to Solicitation VA-260-08-RP-0169 1) Date Issued is amended to read: 28 March, 2008 2) Scope of Contract is amended to include: SCHEDULE OF ITEMS CLINDescriptionUnitPrice 001Bid shall include the entire work in accordance with the Scope of Contract, Drawings and Specifications.Job$ 3) Scope of Contract, Work Hours is changed to read: Construction hours are restricted for the duration of the entire project to Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday 8:00 am through 4:30 pm. Thursday may be worked only after 1:30 pm through 4:30 pm. No construction activities may occur on Tuesday, Wednesday or Federal Holidays. Work outside these working hours when directed by the VA must be with the written approval of the Contracting Officer. Work outside these hours at the request of the Contractor shall not result in any increase in price. 4) INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS AND OTHER STATEMENTS TO BIDDERS/OFFERORS, section (a.3) is changed read as follows: The Government will evaluate proposals in accordance with the evaluation criteria set forth in this RFP. 5) INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS AND OTHER STATEMENTS TO BIDDERS/OFFERORS, section (a.5) is changed read as follows: Offerors shall submit their proposals and scanned copies of their Bid Guarantee Bonds electronically by 12:00 PM, 28 April, 2008 to Erik.Berg@va.gov. Original Bid Guarantee Bonds shall be sent to the address listed in Block 7.
