- This Procurement shall be conducted under FSC CODE: S201, SIC CODE: 7342, NAICS Code: 561720. The size standard for this code is $15,000,000. TYPE OF AWARD: This acquisition shall be 100% Small Business Set Aside Request for Quotation. All Small Business responsible sources may submit a quotation. This is a Best Value Request for Quotation. JOB DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation and supervision necessary to provide for the cleaning and servicing of seven (7) waterborne flush restrooms located in Acorn Campground, four (4) waterborne flush restrooms located in Fiddleneck Day Use Area, and one (1) waterborne flush restroom located in Observation Point Day Use Area at New Hogan Lake. New Hogan Lake is located in Calaveras County, Valley Springs, California. LOCATION: 35 miles Northeast of Stockton, California. Prospective vendor are Strongly urged to visit the site, to set up a site visit contact the Lake at 209-772-1343 to become familiar with the location and the work involved. The work required under this request is for Janitorial (Waterborne Restroom) Services. This purchase is for a base year and four (4) option years. All Quotations are due not later than 12 May 2008 @ 10:00 am PST. The acquisition method is Request for Quotation. Evaluation factors for award shall be as follows: Technically acceptable, low priced responsive, responsible, compliant vendor shall be awarded the contract. VENDORS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. ORDERING SOLICITATION: The solicitation shall be available on or about 11 April 2008. The Request for Quotation shall not be provided in hard paper copy. The solicitation and all amendments for thisacquisition shall be posted on a secure Government website known as FedTeDS. If you want all information concerning this RFQ you shall need to click on the box at the bottom called Register to Receive Notification. Access to the solicitation documents on the FedTeDS website shall be via a hyperlink. The hyperlink shall be inserted into the notices for this acquisition posted on both the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/) and the FedBizOpps (FBO) website (www.fbo.gov) once the solicitation is issued. The hyper-link shall not appear as a website address, but as text as follows: Available online via the FedTeDS (Federal Technical Data Solution) website. Viewing/downloading documents from FedTeDS shall requireprior registration in Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov).
