Description

The U.S. Census Bureau National Processing Center (NPC) in Jeffersonville, Indiana, is seeking a single source that can provide and install components that will create an Electronic Messaging Board (EMB) system. The Census Bureau has already acquired various components that will be used, but needs in addition items such as eight additional transceivers, four additional LCD screens, eight Digital Media Players, various user licenses, cables, wall mounts, and other items. Ultimately, the system will be comprised of eight EMB’s in six buildings at the Census Bureau. NPC consists of 12 occupied buildings spread over about 75 acres. Interested parties are asked to contact listed Census personnel via email who can provide a Statement of Work which identifies the components already acquired, additional needed components and materials, and installation instructions. This is a small business set aside procurement. The NAICS code is 423690 – 100 employees. Must be actively registered in CCR.
