Restricted Hubzone Business Set Aside; Full and Open Competition after Exclusion of Sources. FOB Destination; Inspection/Acceptance at Origin; Configuration Control Applies; Critical Application Item. A Technical Data Packages is Available at DSCR. Production delivery 86 days based upon DSCR-FAGD review. Government First Article Test on 2 units apply to this requirement. Electronic Offers are not acceptable; Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package; A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
