Delivery - 30 ARO Days:, 342.00 The 2005 Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) Commission decision torealign/consolidate the procurement management and other related supportfunctions from the components to the Defense Logistics Agency, isscheduled to be implemented at Tinker AFB in June 2008 timeframe. As aresult, any contract resulting from this solicitation may be awarded bythe DLA Detachment at Tinker AFB. Further, if a contract is awarded bythe Air Force as a result of this solicitation prior to the stand-up ofthe DLA Detachment, the administration management of the contract willbe administratively transferred to the Detachment at the time ofstand-up. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service, or themanufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award inaccordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. The solicitation identifies theoffice where additional information can be obtained concerningqualification requirements as cited in each individual solicitation. See Note(s) 25 and 26.
