- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSITIUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis/solicitation number is W912JD-08-T-2006 and is being used as a Request for Quote (RFQ). i. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-24. ii. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 333911 with a 500 employee size standard. iii. CLIN 0001Provide 1 EA Motor for jet fuel issue pump. The government requires that the motor be manufactured by Siemens to ensure proper fit and compatibility with existing infrastructure. (1) PN: 3-5109-LR09330-25, (2) Type: RGZZSD, (3) HP: 50, (4) Amps: 58.5, (5) RPM: 3530, (6) Frame Type: 326TS, (7) Service Factor: 1.0, (8) Phase: 3, (9) Volts: 460, (10) Hertz: 60. CLIN 0002Provide 1 EA Issue Pump. The government requires that the issue pump be manufactured by Union Pump Co. to ensure proper fit and compatibility with existing infrastructure. The issue pump must comply with the following specifications: (1) PN: PI2, (2) Size: 4x6x8A HHS, (3) Serial #: CN93004B-2, (4) Capacity: 600 GPM, (5) Head: 250 ft, (6) Hydro: 1100, (7) RPM: 3550, (8) Thrust BRG: MRC 7312 PDS, (9) Radial BRG: MRC 212S. iv. Delivery will be to Bangor Air National Guard, Bangor IAP, ME within 30 days of issuance of the purchase order. Prices should include delivery to Bangor, ME.Offerors must provide warranty information specific to equipment. v. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and will remain in full force in any resultant award.
