Notice to Quoter: This is a REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (NOT A PURCHASE ORDER). The information we request below is the minimum information required for us to make an award. If the applicable information on this worksheet is not filled out entirety, your quotation will not be considered for award. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the RFQ will be most advantageous to the Government, Price, Past Performance and Technical Capability considered. Price is approximately equal to Past Performance + Technical Capability.
